Apollo places cover for Europe’s first zero-occupancy autonomous journey

Apollo has placed the first insurance cover for a self-driving vehicle journey without a driver or passengers on the open road in Europe.

The insurance was placed through Apollo’s MGA in partnership with Aioi Nissay Dowa Europe for autonomous vehicle software firm Oxbotica.
