Arch International names Penberthy CFO
Arch Insurance International has promoted Marie Penberthy to chief financial officer (CFO), where she succeeds Jason Kittinger.
Penberthy joined Arch Insurance UK in 2022 as a financial controller before becoming CFO of the UK operations in December last year.
She was previously corporate financial controller at Talbot Underwriting in a career spanning 22 years.
Penberthy will now report to Hugh Sturgess, president and CEO of Arch Insurance International.
“Marie is a valuable addition to our executive team with a firm understanding of our finance function and a vision for further modernisation building on previous successful projects and performance enhancements. She has the support of a very skilled team behind her, I welcome Marie to this role,” said the CEO.
