Argo Pro partners with BlueChip to provide transaction insurance

BlueChip will sell and underwrite a suite of products, including representation and warranties, tax indemnity, and contingent liability insurance products.

Argo Pro will be the lead provider, with capacity provided by Argo Group’s Lloyd’s operation, ArgoGlobal Syndicate 1200, which will offer clients worldwide limits of up to $30m for any one transaction.
