AXA XL appoints Gandy as global head of DEI

AXA XL has appointed Trevor Gandy as global head of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).

Gandy joins AXA XL from Markel, where he was managing director, talent, diversity and inclusion.

AXA XL said Gandy will be part of its HR leadership team, leading the DEI strategy and working globally with business units and regional HR teams.

Karen le Duc, chief human resources officer at AXA XL, said: “We are focused on taking tangible and measurable steps towards further building a culture of inclusion and equity.
