Bank Julius Baer fined £18m for improper Russian oil commissions

UK regulator the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has fined Swiss private bank Julius Baer International (JBI) £18m for breaches of conduct rules in relation to Russian oil deals.

Three senior managers have been issued banning notices, although they are subject to appeal.
