Beazley meets renewable energy demand in Iberia with new hire

Beazley has appointed Teresa Merino as renewable energy regional manager for Spain and Portugal.

Merino joins the specialty insurer from Swiss Re, where she led its property and property energy team in Spain.

Beazley said Spain and Portugal have set ambitious renewable energy goals, which is driving demand for specialist risk management and insurance solutions to support growth in renewable energy infrastructure.
