CII slashes gender pay gap and encourages insurance industry to follow suit

The UK’s Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has reduced its mean gender pay gap significantly to 16.64% from 28% last year, while its median gender pay gap has also fallen from 18% to 5.65%.
