Construction Risk Management 2022: Single-project professional indemnity (SPPI)

It has been a tumultuous last three years for the professional indemnity market, ever since Lloyd’s of London commenced a review of loss-making classes. PI portfolios were one of worst classes, with construction risks one of the poorest performers. There is a high likelihood that the construction PI market is forever changed.
