The demand for talent is set to increase in line with the construction industry boom. At the same time, employees are increasingly relying on their employers to support health, financial and lifestyle needs, and to provide motivation through benefits products. Firms are also focusing in more on diversity, equality and inclusion initiatives to attract talent and reduce skills gaps, as well as on retraining and upskilling their existing workforce. This session will assess how construction firms are adapting to the race for talent and will consider the impact on project success, and ultimately on the risk of insurance claims escalating.
