DWF appoints European head of claims management

Legal firm DWF has named Luca Schilardi as European head of claims management and adjusting, as it continues to grow its offering in the region. Schilardi will oversee claims management and adjusting in France, Italy and Spain, DWF said.

Schilardi joins DWF from a career in the Lloyd’s and company markets, where he brings experience of professional indemnity, financial institutions, medical malpractice, directors and officers, third-party general liability and property lines.

Paul Cowen, global head of claims management and adjusting at DWF, said: “Luca is well known in the insurance industry and we are delighted he is joining DWF as our new European head of CMA. He brings a wealth of experience with him that will be a tremendous asset to DWF and our clients.”
