Global insurance M&A up 9.5% in H1 but dips in Europe

The number of global insurance mergers and acquisitions (M&A) rose 9.5% in the first half of this year compared to the second half of 2021, to 242, but transactions fell in Europe by the same percentage, finds new research from Clyde & Co.
