Policyholder firm Fenchurch Law appoints new associate as disputes rise
Fenchurch Law, which works exclusively for policyholders and brokers, has appointed Anthony McGeough as associate from Edwin Coe, in response to increased demand across its practice areas for insurance coverage dispute services.
The London-based law firm said Mr McGeough will support brokers and their clients across all of its practice groups including construction, property, financial and commercial, professional and product and environmental.
The appointment follows news earlier this month that Fenchurch Law partner John Curran was moving to Indemnity Legal.
Mr McGeough was associate at Edwin Coe focused primarily on property and business interruption coverage disputes.
Fenchurch Law’s David Pryce said: “Policyholders have never been in more need of support than during the past 18 months, and we’re delighted to have been able to bring Anthony into the team to help meet growing demand across each of our practice groups. The fact that he has experience of both sides of the market was important to us, and his commitment to policyholders was clear from our very first discussions with him. We’re delighted to welcome him on board”.
