Fenchurch Law boosts disputes team
London-based Fenchurch Law, which specialises in insurance disputes and works solely on the buyer side, has appointed Tom Hunter as an associate. Mr Hunter joins the claims dispute team from Reynolds Porter Chamberlain (RPC), where he was an associate in the professional and financial risks group.
Mr Hunter has experience in financial lines defence work, including advising on professional indemnity, D&O, E&O and banker’s blanket bond claims.
During his time at RPC, Mr Hunter was seconded to Arch Insurance Europe to work with their third-party claims team. Fenchurch Law said Mr Hunter will work for its financial and commercial risk practice and on professional and construction risk disputes.
David Pryce, managing partner of Fenchurch Law, said: “Tom’s appointment continues the expansion of our coverage dispute capabilities. His experience and knowledge of the financial lines space further strengthens our ability to deliver exceptional service to policyholders and their brokers.”
