Nash heads up Guy Carpenter’s new international unit
Guy Carpenter has appointed its first president of international business after bringing together its non-US operations under a single unit. James Nash, currently head of Guy Carpenter’s Asia Pacific operations, will move to London to take up the new role, reporting to president and CEO of Peter Hearn.
The international division will house Guy Carpenter’s operations in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean and Asia Pacific.
The company said it will appoint a new head for its Asia Pacific division in 2017.
“Guy Carpenter’s International Division will advance our ability to apply best practices around the world,” said Mr Hearn. “The new Guy Carpenter organisational structure reflects our commitment to delivering a high-quality and consistently compelling global client experience,” Mr Hearn said.
