New business development regional directors at MAXIS Global Benefits Network

MAXIS Global Benefits Network (MAXIS GBN), has appointed two new regional directors in its business development team, covering EMEA and the Americas.

Aaron Brown has been appointed regional director – EMEA and is now responsible for all outbound business development across EMEA. He has over 12 years’ experience working in the global employee benefits industry, joining MAXIS GBN in 2012 from MetLife Europe. He has held various positions at MAXIS GBN, most recently as regional manager, UK & Ireland, where he has overseen the relationship with strategic clients across the region.

“I’m delighted to be taking on this role and leading the business development teams across EMEA. I’m looking forward to collaborating with our talented teams, trusted partners, and contributing to the continued success and growth of MAXIS GBN in the EMEA region,” said Brown.

Larry Howley has been appointed regional director – Americas where he will be responsible for leading the outbound Americas business development team. He has 13 years’ experience in the insurance industry, having worked across financial management, underwriting and business development. Prior to his new role, Howley was regional manager for the US Northeast. He also spent five years as an underwriting manager for MAXIS GBN’s Americas region.

“There’re lots of exciting challenges and opportunities within the Americas region, with some of the largest multinationals looking to innovate in the employee benefits space,” said Howley. “I’m excited to be taking on this new role and leading our incredibly strong Americas team to deliver the best service for our clients and key partners in the region.”
