(FINC) clauses, told about ongoing developments with cyber war wordings and warned that this risk is potentially just the tip of a systemic cyber risk iceberg.

Focusing on alternative risk transfer options, expert speakers were quietly hopeful that more European countries will follow France’s lead and make it easier to set up captives at home, and attempted to bust some of the myths around parametric insurance. There was also focus on the new European cyber mutual Miris and mounting risk from nuclear liability verdicts, while the global insurance programme renewal process came under close scrutiny.
