Part 2 of our report on business travel, produced in association with Chubb, presents the inside views of leading risk managers on this important issue.

The first report, published in June 2023, described the changing business travel landscape and the newly developed ISO 31030 standard. This report details how risk managers are designing and implementing their business travel risk management frameworks.

Based on a survey of and in-depth interviews with risk managers, the report explains:

• the benefits of the ISO standard
• the additional services available from insurers and other third party providers.
