REPORT: Spotlight on Business Travel Part 2:

The second part of our report on business travel, in collaboration with Chubb, presents the inside views of leading risk managers on this important issue. The first report, published in June 2023, described the changing business travel landscape and the newly developed ISO 31030 standard. This report details how risk managers are designing and implementing their business travel risk management frameworks.

Based on a survey of and in-depth interviews with risk managers, the report explains the various risk management challenges around business travel, the benefits of the ISO standard, and the additional services available from insurers and other third party providers. Now is the time for risk managers, companies and critical service providers to collaborate on a rapidly developing and increasingly important area of corporate risk management.
