WTW names Borgman head of GB affinity

WTW has appointed Anthony Borgman to the newly created role of head of affinity, Great Britain.

The broker said the new position will help expand its global affinity business, following the recent appointment of Paul Lubbers as US head of affinity and programmes.

Borgman will be based in London and report to Eddy Castles, managing director for GB retail, and Chris Gingell, global head of affinity.

He brings 25 years of experience to the role. Borgman served as head of global sales operations and channel partnerships at Collinson Group before joining WTW. Prior to this, he spent five years at Assurant.

“Affinity is an exciting and high-growth area for WTW,” said Gingell. He added that Borgman’s appointment demonstrates the broker’s commitment to expanding its capabilities in this rapidly changing market.
